Handbell Choir Changes Director

After several years of devoted service as St. Michael's Handbell Choir Director, Anne Clayton has indicated that she is resigning from that role.  On Sunday, April 23rd the bells will play at the 11:00 service, and a thank-you card and honorarium will be presented to Anne in gratitude for her service with us.  If you would like to contribute, please send your donation into the office by Easter Day.  We have greatly appreciated Anne’s involvement at St. Michael’s. The Handbell Choir will continue, with Jon Roberts as director.

LOOKING FOR HOPE?

In the post-Easter season of renewal, Christi Madden and Robert Rickner invite you to join them in a weekly discussion of Cynthia Bourgeault's book "Mystical Hope."  We'll meet each Saturday morning at 9 a.m. in the Sanctuary for five weeks. The book is short but packed with exciting insights; so please order a copy at Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com and read Chapter 1 to prepare to enjoy the first meeting on April 22.  (If you can't meet with us, get the book and read it anyway. We believe it can enrich your life, as it has ours.)

SOAR

The SOAR lunceon is scheduled for Sunday, April 30th, not Sunday April 23rd.  It was posted on the April calendar incorrectly.  SOAR usually meets the last Sunday of each month.
